My beauty career started in 2007, when I became a licensed Aesthetician. I have had the pleasure of building my experience at a few places including Ulta offering services to clients and Dermalogica where I worked my way up to becoming a skin care consultant. During this time is when I first heard about the term “microblading”. A co-worker had gotten her eyesbrows done and I became obsessed. I started doing research and wanted to get my own eyebrows done but never got around to it. Then, in 2017, a famous microblading artist, Lucy Hart, needed a model for her apprentice and I jumped on the opportunity! I'd always dreamt of owning my own Beauty Studio but that experience is what made want to aggressively push forward with my dream. I realized my passion was in transforming people and empowering them by enhancing their beauty. Of course, the real beauty lies within, but there’s something about feeling beautiful that really helps your confidence and believing anything is possible. It makes my heart happy whenever my clients see their new eyebrows for the first time or if they see how much more beautiful their eyes are after getting a lash lift.
In 2018, I had the pleasure of taking a microblading course with Seduire Academy and with Krystal Renee as my mentor, I became certified and started practicing extensively on latex skin. After feeling confident in my microblading skills, I attended an Ombre Brows course, with the famous Browdaddy, in Las Vegas. And have since offered Ombre Brows as a service.
At Bright Eyes Studio, I work very hard to create a safe space for all of my clients from ALL walks of life. It is a judgement-free zone where everyone is welcome to be themselves. Whether my clients are struggling with acne, hyperpigmentation, or uneven brows, everyone gets treated the same and all walk out of my studio feeling confident with beautiful brows and glowing skin.
Beginning in August of 2023, I will be offering training courses for other licensed professionals wanting to enhance their skills in the treatment room.
