What is permanent jewelry?
It is a custom-fit piece of jewelry that does not contain a clasp. Chains are usually welded together using a painless, quick and easy technique. You are able to turn a chain into a bracelet, necklace, anklet, body chain and even rings.
For a fully personalized look, add connectors and charms. The chain can be removed by being cut off.
Why get permanent jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is more than just an accessory. It creates a bonding experience. It’s a beautiful way to show your love for each other without the pain of a tattoo. It can symbolize love, commitment and a promise of a special friendship or relationship.
Who can get permanent jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is for anyone. Although we recommend all children under the age of 16 come in with an adult. If you have a nickel allergy, please consult your doctor prior to coming in for your appointment.
How does it work?
It is truly a very simple process.
Choose your chain. We have a wide variety to choose from. Chains are made of high quality materials like sterling silver and 14k gold filled. Your chain will not tarnish.
Choose a connector or charm to add to your chain.
Put on your goggles and watch your chain get welded.
It is quick and painless. Most appointments take about 30 minutes. I currently work by appointment only, walk-ins are not accepted.
Aftercare
You can clean your welded jewelry and charms with warm water, a gentle tooth brush and dish soap.
Jewelry polishing cloths also work great to get them polished up and bring them back to their super shiny selves!
This jewelry is durable, but not indestructible. If your chain breaks or stretches in the first 72 hours of your welding appointment, we will replace or re-weld the chain free of charge. You must have your chain. After this time period, there is a $25 re-welding fee. This fee includes if the bracelet was voluntarily cut off.
Our gold jewelry is gold-filled. The coating is over 100x thick than gold plated.
Our silver is .925 sterling silver which can temporarily tarnish in certain conditions such as natural hot springs, chlorine, sulfur, bleach, and other strong chemicals. A silver cleaning wipe will take it right off. Toothbrush and toothpaste work too as well as baking soda.
